NPT as an antifragile system: How contestation improves the nonproliferation regime

چکیده
We introduce “antifragility” as a conceptual framework to understand the impact of occasional violations regime norms on health respective regimes. Contrary prevailing understanding norm violation strictly negative phenomenon that leaves regimes damaged, we show normative deviance is, under certain conditions, stressor helps predominantly antifragile systems learn, improve, and adapt changes in both internal external environments. apply this case NPT prominent its nonproliferation by India 1970s (as “contestation from outside”) Iraq 1990s within”).
